Recycling Process of PET Flakes

• Open the pet bottle bale to loose the bottles.
• Remove bottle caps & labels.
• Manual sorting out materials other than pet by colours.
• Crush bottle to big pieces and sort out bottlenecks.
• Cut the big pieces to flakes.
• Cold or hot washing the flakes clean.
• Screen the flakes by size with meshwire.
• Load into jombo or pp bags.
