Recycling Process of PET Flakes
- Open the pet bottle bale to loose the bottles.
- Remove bottle caps & labels.
- Manual sorting out materials other than pet by colours.
- Crush bottle to big pieces and sort out bottlenecks.
- Cut the big pieces to flakes.
- Cold or hot washing the flakes clean.
- Screen the flakes by size with meshwire.
- Load into jombo or pp bags.
